Shipping - Small Appliances

Delivery times (use as guide only)

Warehouse Location:: Melbourne, Vic
VIC:: 3 - 4 Business Days
NSW, ACT, SA, TAS:: 3 - 4 Business Days
QLD, WA, NT :: 5 - 7 Business Days

Even though delivery on most occasions will be within the time frame listed above, we ask customers to allow up to 10 Business days from the date of dispatch for delivery of their item(s).

Depending on your order, packages may be sent out separately so please expect your goods to arrive over a few days in different deliveries.

Order(s) being shipped to workplaces must have the Company / Business Name provided. Australia Post will not deliver without this information. Please note that orders without Company names may be returned which in turn increases delivery times.

Deliveries are accepted for Australian only residential, business and PO BOX addresses. No overseas deliveries are available at this point in time.

If someone is not available to receive the delivery, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office or depot for collection.

Tracking your order -

Tracking information is automatically sent out by Australia Post in the form of an email once they have receipt of your order. Please ensure you have correctly entered your email address otherwise this information may not be received. Australia Post tracking emails cannot be resent. Powerbuys will not accept responsibility if this email is not received.

Missing Parcels / Lost in transit -

If your item is suspected of being lost in transit an investigation will need to be launched with Australia Post. This process takes 3 - 10 working days to resolve, after which the item will either be resent to the customer or refunded. Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be issued or sent out until confirmation is received from Australia Post.

Shipping - Major Appliances

Please Note that most major appliances are not kept in stock and are sourced directly from the manuacturer.

Australia-wide estimated delivery times for major appliances are as follows:

4-10 Days Australia Wide (pending availability)

We offer three delivery services depending on your delivery location and your order.

Once an order is placed, our staff will determine the best delivery method based on where you are located, and what has been ordered.

We deliver using the following methods:

1. Our own trucks from our own warehouse. (Metro Melb Only)

2. Direct Manufacturer Delivery (Metro Capital Cites)

3. Allied Express (Out of Areas)

Please ensure that you provide your current phone number to enable our staff, manufacturers and/or Allied Express to contact you during business hours.They will organise a date for delivery with you. Deliveries being Monday to Friday during business hours only.

Specific Delivery times eg. 10am - 12pm cannot be nominated, so if you are not planning to be home on the date of delivery, they will request your authority to deliver and leave the product at a location nominated by you.

It is important to ensure that the product is able to fit through your door prior to delivery.

If the item is too large to fit, additional delivery costs may be charged.
