Returns / Faulty Goods

If an incorrect or faulty item is received, Please call 1300 766 131 during normal business hours ie. 8.30am - 5.00pm MON - FRI.

Please ensure you retain your original receipt issued by McKnight's Retravision. Without a copy of your receipt, a return or warranty claim on your purchase will not be possible. Do not assume Powerbuys will retain copies of your receipt.

Powerbuys will provide customers with our Reply Paid details (if applicable) to ensure faulty items are returned without any additional delivery costs.

Powerbuys will not accept responsibility for postage charges if Reply Paid details obtained from us are not used.

Customers will be required to take faulty/incorret goods to the nearest Australia Post office for return.

It is recommended (at the customers expense) that returned items in conjunction which our Reply Paid details are sent back as registered mail. Items which come back with Reply Paid cannot be tracked, and therefore if they are lost in transit, Powerbuys will assume that the item(s) have not been returned.

No responsibility will be accepted for any associated charges that you may have if your faulty item's original packaging is discarded or destroyed. Please keep all original packaging intact in case the item may need to be returned.

Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for faulty items to be changed over, and re-delivered. PowerBuys cannot send out replacement goods until the faulty item has been received.

Goods which are returned that are not deemed faulty will be returned to the customer.

Please note that you are not covered for any damage caused to your product through incorrect usage contrary to manufacturer instructions, negligence, or accidental breakage.

Refunds which are issued on faulty goods may take up to 5 working days to process and/or show up on your statement.

We accept no responsibility for late delivery of items by Australia Post. This does not entitle you to a cancellation or refund of the order.

No refund or exchange will be provided, if you change your mind or buy the wrong item. So please choose your products carefully.
