The vacuum cleaner is very quiet (esp compared to our Russell Hobs vacuum) and powerful and even picks up hair off our cheapy lounge rug (a short fibre rug which seems to attract hairs and not let go of them). The hard floor head seems to work well , picking up dirt in a single pass without issue.
This deal is probably the best one on the net at the moment (Feb-2012) and it beats other stores by nearly $50. This vacuum includes the hard floor head which other sellers are mentioning as an add on (SBB). Silly me went and bought one of these floor heads off of EBay thinking it wasn't included. (Posted on 10/02/12)
