What to do if you have a warranty claim?
(1) If the unit arrives and is Dead on Arrival please contact Powerbuys for a replacement.
(2) For all other faults contact the manufacturer. You will be refered to your closest repairer for warranty service.
Transport to and from the repairer is the responsibility of the owner.
