Q: What are Powerbuys Trading Hours?
A: Our Customer Service Call Centre is open from 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (AEST) Mon - Fri
Q: How much is Delivery?
A: Delivery is a flat $9.95 fee per order (unless stated otherwise), Australia wide.
Q: How long will it take to receive my goods?
A:
  • VIC : 3 - 4 Business Days
  • NSW, ACT, SA, TAS : 3 - 4 Business Days
  • QLD, WA, NT : 5 - 7 Business Days
* Please use the above as a guide only. Even though delivery on most occasions will be within the time frame listed above, we ask customers to allow up to 10 Business days from the date of dispatch for delivery of their item(s). In the case that you haven't received your item(s) after 10 Business days, always check with your local post office before contacting us for a consignment tracking number.
Q: Is the shopping process on PowerBuys secure?
A:Yes. Our site is secured by 256-bit encryption (SSL) technology - protected by Geotrust . Credit Card details are not stored in anyway on our servers and are not viewable by any of our staff.
Q: Does Powerbuys sell second, refurbished or damaged stock ?
A: No. All Stock is Brand NEW, fully boxed and comes with full manufacturers warranties. All stock is sourced directly out of a local Retravision store.
Q: Where is Powerbuys located?
A: Our Warehouse is located at Unit 2 / 29 Graham Court, Hoppers Crossing, VIC. 
Q: Does Powerbuys have any stores interstate?
A: No. 
Q: Does Powerbuys have an ABN?
A: YES. Our ABN is 69 686 611 458
Q: Which methods of Payment does Powerbuys accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and offer a direct deposit method of payment.
Q: Does Powerbuys accept PayPal?
A: YES. We are now accepting Paypal.
Q: Does Powerbuys accept payment via installments or Layby?
A: NO. We do not allow payments to be made in installments. All orders must be paid for in FULL.
Q: Does Powerbuys deliver Overseas?
A: No. At the present time we do not deliver outside of Australia or accept orders from overseas countries.
Q: How does Powerbuys deliver goods?
A: Powerbuys will ship items by Australia Post - eParcel.
Q: Will Australia Post call in advance to arrange a specific delivery time or date?
A: No. Australia Post will not call in advance to arrange a delivery time or date.
Q: What happens if I am not at home to accept delivery.?
A: Australia Post will leave a card in the mailbox with clear instructions on how to and from where to pick up your item. On most occasions parcels are stored at your local Post Office for collection.
Q: Why haven't I received a card in the mail from Australia Post that my parcel is being held at my Local Post Office?
A: While Australia Post does on most occasions notify recipients that their parcels are being held for them, Powerbuys takes no responsibility for any cards which may not be left in your mailbox. Please contact either Australia Post or speak to the local staff at your post office if this occurs.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: If after 7 working days from the date of dispatch you have not received your item, please contact your local Post Office first (even if no card has been left by Australia Post) to locate your item. If after contacting your local Post Office you still cannot locate your item, please contact us for a tracking number.
Q: I have received only part of my order? Will I receive the remaining items?
A: Yes. Most parcels are sent as individual items and can get separated during the transit process. Australia Post will endeavor to deliver all parcels together, however on occasions items may arrive on separate days.
Q: I have received a faulty or incorrect item, what next.?
A: Please refer to the Returns & Refunds page.  
Q: Can I get a refund if I simply change my mind or buy the wrong item.?
A: NO. You are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or buy the wrong item. Please choose your products carefully.
Q: Can i add to my order if the order has already been placed?
A: No, once the order has been placed the system will not allow additional items to be added. You will be required to place another order.
Q: Can i receive a discount off a particular item?
A: All products on the website are quoted at our best price. No further discount is available.
Q: My order is on hold, what does this mean?
A: Generally speaking the item(s) is out of stock and will need to be ordered in. 
Q: Why have I not received an email confirmation of my order or any correspondence from Powerbuys?
A: Please ensure that the CORRECT email address has been provided. Order confirmations and correspondence emails from Powerbuys can on occasions get caught up with spam and can be deposited into your junk email folder. Please also ensure your spam filter settings are not set up in a way which would prevent our emails reaching your desired email inbox.

IMPORTANT: Please avoid using YAHOO! email addresses where possible. yahoo.com.au, yahoo.com, and yahoo.co.uk addresses are notorious for BLOCKING all email from Powerbuys. We recommend Gmail or Hotmail as an alternative.
Q: Which Bank do I transfer a direct deposit to?
A: The ANZ bank handles our Direct Deposits. If prompted please use the ANZ bank.
Q: I have made a payment via direct deposit, yet my order status still shows 'pending'. What does this mean?
A: In most cases your funds have not been received. Direct Deposits usually take 2 working days to clear. Please ensure that your funds have actually been debited from your account by checking your bank statement.
