When you order a product from Powerbuys, you are required to create an account. We rely on you to provide us with accurate information, and update us when required.

Ordering
When ordering products from Powerbuys, we may request confirmation of your personal details, or provide us with further details to complete your order.
Orders will be dispatched only once full payment has been received. When payment is received and orders are dispatched, we will update you on the status of your order.

Cancellation of Orders
If you need to cancel an order placed on the Powerbuys website, you should call us immediately on 1300 766 131 or email us at enquiries@powerbuys.com.au
If a product is not available at the time of purchase, and we have received your payment, we will contact you with an E.T.A. on when we should receive the product, and give you the option to wait for the product, offer a suitable replacement or cancel your order and issue a full refund.
